304L and SS 304 has a lower carbon content than standard 304 stainless steel, and Steel Pipe reducing the formation of harmful carbides during welding. It can handle temperatures up to 870°C (1600°F) for continuous use and up to 925°C (1700°F) for intermittent use without scaling or degradation.
